Spring In The Valley 2010
This year the Festival will be held
over the whole month of October. To
date we do not have any information on
the venues and the functions they will
be hosting. A program of events will
be available from early August.Our
prices are based solely on bus hire
and all entrance fees, passes &
tickets are the responsibility of the
hirer
Bus hire is calculated from 9am to
6pm inclusive.
20 Seat Executive Coaster - $850.00
33 Seat Executive Coach
- $1050.00
45 Seat Standard Bus
- $1200.00
All prices quoted are inclusive of
GST.
A deposit of $500 (non-refundable)
is required to secure the bus for
your party. Full payment of balance
is due 28 days prior to the hire
date.
The following conditions apply to
all Spring in the Valley charters,
and we request you as the group
leader be aware of these.
1: Dingo Bus Charter can’t
guarantee that that you will be
granted entry to any of your chosen
venues, you must make your own
enquiries as to whether your chosen
venue accepts bus groups. Please
note some venues require prior
booking and an entry fee payable by
you.
2: The group leader/lead name on
your booking confirmation must
travel on the bus throughout the
duration of the hire. This person
must make themselves known to our
driver on the day and show proof of
identity (Drivers licence
preferred). The group leader will be
responsible for the behavior of all
passengers on board, and will be
financially responsible for any
damage caused.
3: Absolutely no alcohol to be
consumed on the bus, unopened
alcohol can be transported on the
bus, however this will be in a
secure area within the driver’s
control. Failure to observe this
condition will result in the hire
being immediately terminated. Any
Police fines incurred by us will be
passed on to the group leader.
It is not our intention to spoil
your day out; however the major
changes to this year’s festival
combined with a heavy Police
presence means that you must be
fully aware of what this festival
has to offer.
If you wish to book a specific
date, then change when the
information is released by the swan
valley tourist office this will not
be a problem subject to
availability.
